Public synthetic workflow evidence package

Show the acceptance boundary before activation.

This public package makes the missed-call demonstration reviewable with an acceptance checklist, a clearly synthetic sample event record, and a clearly synthetic sample report.

  • All names, identifiers, times, and outcomes below are synthetic
  • No provider, phone, CRM, or booking system is connected
  • Human review remains required before any activation

// acceptance checklist

Checks to review against the agreed client-specific scope.

These are acceptance criteria for a future configured workflow. This page is not a live workflow, customer record, activation, or client result; it shows the evidence that the named owner would need to review before activation.

  1. Missed event is recorded

    Verify the supplied event reference, time, available contact details, and responsible owner are visible without inventing a customer record.

  2. Approved acknowledgement is bounded

    Verify only the approved consent-aware text is eligible to send, with its delivery state and timestamp made reviewable.

  3. Qualification remains scoped

    Verify that issue, service area, urgency, and preferred time are the only configured qualification fields shown in the approved path.

  4. Opt-out and stop conditions win

    Verify STOP or another agreed opt-out ends automated messaging, and safety or emergency language stops qualification and routes to the supplied escalation instruction.

  5. Handoff is visible, not overclaimed

    Verify an agreed owner or booking path receives a traceable handoff record. A handoff is not a booking confirmation, dispatch decision, diagnosis, or price commitment.

  6. Failures remain visible

    Verify duplicate events, unavailable integrations, failed delivery, and attempt-limit exhaustion stop or divert the path for named human review.

// synthetic sample event record

A record shaped for inspection, not a customer claim.

Synthetic status: every value in this record is illustrative. It was created for the public replay and does not represent a live call, message, customer, contractor, provider event, or booking.

// synthetic sample acceptance report

Record the test boundary before treating anything as an outcome.

Report type: illustrative static acceptance-report sample. It shows the fields that a future client-specific report should preserve; it does not report an executed live test or a measured business result.

Scope and window

Configuration: none
Observation window: none
System under test: public synthetic replay only
Client permission: not applicable; no client is represented

Expected evidence

Expected path: missed event → approved acknowledgement → approved details → safety check → handoff → tracked record.
Expected boundary: booking not confirmed.

Stop-path expectation

Expected stop condition: safety or emergency language.
Expected result: automation stops; no qualification or booking handoff is created in the synthetic safety-stop replay.

Conclusion and limits

Status: illustrative only. No message was sent, no external event was received, no provider was connected, and no client, revenue, conversion, response-time, booking, or operational outcome was measured.

Activation gate: a live acceptance report requires client-supplied rules, verified permissions and integrations, a named owner, executed test evidence, and client approval. Those are external dependencies, not claims that source files can complete.
